Sülbeck, southeastern Einbecker Ortschaft in approx. 7 km distance, lies on the western bank of the Leine.
The Salin village of Sülbeck with 412 inhabitants (as of 02.01.2024) is located on the western bank of the Leineniederung. It is considered one of the oldest villages in the area of the town of Einbeck and was first mentioned in documents in 1224 under the name "Sulbeke". The new drilling rig of the Saline continues to extract brine .
