Join us to explore our town!

The beautiful timber-framed and former Hanseatic town of Einbeck nearly burnt completely to the grounds in 1540 – did you know that? Join our trained city tour guides on a previously booked tour and explore the city.

Our city tour guides know Einbeck by heart and will tell you a lot about the beauties and sights of our historic Old Town. Exciting tales as well as funny anecdotes – it is well worthwhile to listen closely. Furthermore, there are theme-based tours, for example related to timber-frame, women in the Middle Ages, Street-Art-Tour or programmes related to beer. Or would you rather take a tour of the PS.SPEICHER – Europe’s largest vintage cars exhibition?

At the Blue Dye Printing of Einbeck you will learn where the name originates as well as how this traditional printing technique works.

You see: Our range of tours is broad and varied – just pick an offer that suits you!

Note: All the beer tastings are placed in restaurants with access just for vaccinated or recovered persons (2G). Please keep your certificate for show.

No problem at all! 
If possible, we will fulfil (nearly) all of your special requests.

In general, our city tours and programmes may also be booked in English in addition to German. Further possible languages are French, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish.

 

However, these languages are not available for all programmes. Also, it may not always be possible to take an extended or shortened tour. For details, please refer to the information on the tour.

 

  • Supplement for foreign languages: € 10.00 / group and tour guide

  • Shortened by 30  minutes: free of charge, price remains the same

  • Extended by 30 minutes: € 20 / group and tour guide
