Family & Kids

Discover Einbeck for young & old

Fantastic that you are planning on travelling to Einbeck with your whole family! None of you will be bored in our beautiful city – that counts also for the kids. Because there is a lot to experience and explore. For example, get a children’s map at the Tourist-Information in the Eicke House and go on a child-oriented discovery tour. You can participate in one of our interesting guided city tours or have your children discover Einbeck with our ralley for children.

Our museums, the PS.SPEICHER and the TownMuseum (StadtMuseum) are always worthwhile visiting – all of them have offers for our youngest guests. Challenge yourselves over a match of mini-golf or refresh yourselves at our indoor and outdoor swimming pool.

You will see: In Einbeck you will find everything you need for a happy and satisfactory family holiday with your children. You will find a lot of suggestions on this site.

Top tips for family & kids

From culture to nature

Into nature

Out of town, into nature: Have you ever walked on tracks of cute gnomes with pointy hats? You should not miss out on that one! The lovingly created gnome trail in the woods of Sievershausen is a beautiful experience – not only for kids. Or walk on the barefoot trail in the mountain range Solling – walking without shoes and experiencing with all senses the diversity of nature in our region. You are looking for a longer excursion? In that case have look at our theme-based cycling and hiking tours for the whole family.
