The barefoot path at high rope course TreeRock in the Solling is an experience for all your senses.
You may run over mossy forest floor, fine gravel and prickly spruce cones thus activating your body's defences. If the actual path of the station is too hard, there is always a possibility to just walk around that field and continue at the next station. Furthermore, there are skill exercises integrated in the path were you have to jump or balance.
Along the complete path there are various seating and picnic facilities as well as a shelter inviting to take a relaxing break. At the starting point of the path there are information panels and you have the possibility to store your shoes. There is a feet washing station at the end of the path.
