It is strong but also tasty and well-known far beyond our beautiful Einbeck: Our Ainpöckisch beer. Have you already tried it? Einbeck’s beer has already been brewed in our town for more than 700 years. Since then, it has always been connected to the town’s history. We love our beer and are proud of our brewery! It is traditional bust still modern – just like us people from Einbeck.

Of course, we also appreciate the other delights that we have on offer. Coffee from the Einbecker Kaffeerösterei (coffee roasting house), for example, and mustard from Einbeck’s Mustard Mill – you will find both in our historic Old Town. Einbeck’s mustard is produced in the traditional grinding by millstone procedure and its taste is unique. In the branch you can learn about all the different types available. There and in some other shops of the city you will find further tasty specialties from our regional brand Kostbares Südniedersachsen.

Located at only a few hundred metres from the Old Town, you will find in the Weinhaus Jörns further regional delights and specialties. Apart from an infinite selection of wine, liqueur, whiskeys and gins, their own brand Einbeck Gourmet and the products of Einbecker Jung make epicurean hearts beat faster.
