Active park and intergenerational playground:  "Einbeck makes (itself) fit":  Accessible play equipment  for different fitness levels, balancing and climbing course, newly designed children's playground and calisthenics facility.

The senior trim area in the Stiftsgarten offers equipment for different fitness levels. Fitness equipment of varying levels of difficulty in the so-called "Park of Generations" allows young and old to get active.

The following equipment is available:
  • An explosive strength trainer
  • An agility trainer
  • A leg trainer
  • A full-body trainer
  • A bike trainer with bench
  • A massage device for hands/arms/legs
  • A back massageequipment and shoulder trainer
  • a back trainer
  • a balance bench (in planning)
  • a floor trampoline (also wheelchair accessible)
  • fall protection areas
  • seating areas
  • a petanque area
  • a table tennis table
For smaller children the playground in the Stiftsgarten the opportunity to play and stimulates the senses.  

For older children and teenagers there is also a Calisthenics facility (partly barrier-free), a beach volleyball court and a and a table tennis table are also available.

In addition, a low-ropes balancing and climbing courseis adjacent to the main path in the Stiftsgarten 

.

In the Garten der Generatiomnen there is a large meadow with plenty of shade and seating options as well as a mobility point with *bicycle parking at the entrance to the Stiftgarten from Stiftstraße.

* Parking facilities for various types of bicycles: extra high bicycle racks with crossbars for bicycles with child seats or for children's bicycles, short bicycle racks for cargo bicycles and an area without racks for bicycle carriages, baby carriages or other vehicles for people with disabilities.
