Stroit,  the northern Einbeck village approx.12 km away, is located around 1.5 km west of the B3.

In the section Einbeck - Alfeld, 1.5 km west of the B3 lies, nestled between the Höhenzügen Selter, Hils and Hube, the village of Stroit with approx. 321 inhabitants (as of 02. 01. 2024).01.2024). This was first mentioned in a document in the year 1285 under the name "Stroht" .

Culture and sights 

  • With the Stroiter Mühle is an important technical monument located not far east of the village center.
  • The church in Stroit was built in 1888 in neo-Gothic style and consecrated in 1890.
