By car:
Einbeck is well-connected via federal road B3. On the B3 you continue to the road L487/L572 in Einbeck, take the exit in direction to Einbeck-Ost/Salzderhelden/Immensen and coming from Hannover turn left, or coming from Göttingen turn right respectively, and continue on the road L487. It only takes 3 further minutes (approximately 1.5 kms) to get to the PS.Depot LKW+ Bus. At the entry of the city turn right into the street Barumstraße and continue straight ahead at the crossroads. The access is located after 60 metres on the left-hand side.
By public transport:
Visitors travelling by train may take a regional train from direction Götting or Hannover.
Regional trains from direction Göttingen or Hannover will take visitors to Einbeck Otto-Hahn-Straße train station – it could be necessary to change trains at Einbeck Salzderhelden train station. Of course you may also catch the train in the city centre at Einbeck central train station and travel from there to Einbeck Otto-Hahn-Straße station (one stop). The platform is only a couple of metres away from the access to the Depot. After leaving the platform keep to the left.
By Bus:
Opposite from Einbeck central train station, on the square Thiaisplatz, the ZOB (Einbeck central bus station) is located. Take line 230, 235 or 275 to the bus stop Kälbertalsgraben. Walk on the street Grimsehlstraße for 150 metres, cross at the crossroads and turn left into the street Otto-Hahn-Straße. The access is located after 60 metres on the left hand side.
On foot / by bike:
It takes 30 minutes (2.2 kms) to walk from the historic Market Square to the PS.Depot. By bike it takes 10 minutes. Cross Market Square and walk along the street Lange Brücke in direction to the square Möncheplatz, turn right at the bakery Thiele, then cross the street at Einbeck Blue Dye Printing in direction to the pharmacy / police station and continue on this street and later on Grimsehlstraße for 1.5 kms in direction to the city’s exit. Turn left into the street Otto-Hahn-Straße. The access is located after 60 metres on the left-hand side.
