The Bakers´ Rampart forms part of Einbeck´s old fortification and invites to a round tour.
The Bakers´ Rampart is mainly used for walks and other free time activities nowadays. Kids can play on the playground or soccer field and family or friends can put their minigolf skills to the test (for a fee).
There are also two ponds which are the remains of the outer city moats just in front of the ramparts that protected Einbeck against attacks until the 18th century. The ponds are a great place to watch ducks.
