PS.Halle

The PS.Halle, an annexe of the  PS.SPEICHER, houses temporary special exhibitions on the one hand and the building complex has versatile equipment on the other. The hall can therefore also be used for other events such as seminars, conferences and concerts.

The centerpiece of the PS. hall is the large hall, which has a controllable stage. With the help of this stage, different variants for using the venue can be realized:

• If the podium is lowered to floor level, a continuous space of around 800 m²
• is created if a small stage is chosen, 753 seats are created in row seating in the stalls and gallery
• if a large stage is chosen to extend the playing area 672 seats

remain in the adjacent area of the PS.Halle are two group cloakrooms, a rehearsal room, two soloist rooms and other variably usable rooms.

Thanks to a high-quality sound system and sound-shaping elements in the wall cladding of the hall, the highest demands on acoustics are met.
The foyer of the PS.Speicher can be used as a break area. The PS.Halle itself has an alternative foyer with its own entrance and delivery area.
