Offiziersgarten

Short facts

  • Einbeck

The Offiziersgarten is located on Reinserturmweg in the south of Einbeck's old town.

The Offiziersgarten is located a few meters south of the Diekturm and the historical water box in Einbeck.

The green area is accessible from the direction of Reinserturmweg via a small bridge that leads over the Krumme Wasser or from the direction of the historic water tank (coming from Krähengraben).

The officers' garden with its colorful leaves makes a great picture, especially in autumn. In winter, the park enchants visitors with its snow-covered surface and sometimes icicles on trees or bridges. During the spring, crocuses sprout from the ground and in summer you can also enjoy the sunshine during a walk through the Officers' Garden.

From time to time, the colorful historical market takes place in summer. It takes visitors back in time. Medieval traders and craftsmen offer their wares. It is surrounded by live music, battle demonstrations and a fire show.
