With approx. 100 animals, the Wildpark a great way to learn more about these animals.

The Hardegsen Wildlife Park has been inviting visitors such as animal and nature lovers as well as families and friends since 1965 and is a popular excursion destination in the region. It is located in the idyllic Espoldetal valley on the Solling and has a 12-hectare site with a petting meadow, a playground and a sensory box for feeling different things. Due to the different altitudes, the park consists of two parts, which are connected by a staircase.

The wildlife park is home to 20 animal species. In total, more than 100 animals live in the wildlife park. These include the following species and animals:
  • Dam deer
  • Red deer
  • Goats
  • Donkeys
  • Peacocks
  • Wild boars
  • Mouflons
  • Birds
  • Ferrets

Animal sponsorships are possible at Hardegsen Wildlife Park. On certain dates, falcon shows take place in the wildlife park - the falconry comes from Moringen.

The restaurant located at the entrance and exit invites you to linger and enjoy a refreshment before or after your visit.
