The water sport stand-up paddling is offered at the Northeim Lake District.
The entry point is located at Am Nordhafen.
Participants stand upright on a board on the water and move forward with a paddle. The summer trend sport, which originated in Hawaii, is considered a beginner-friendly water sport and can be practiced with little equipment. At the same time, balance is trained and the whole body is exercised.
